G&B makes organisational changes in Central America

García & Bodán has announced several changes to its organisational structure in the Central American region:

  • Carlos Téllez (pictured centre) is stepping down as head of the San José, Costa Rica office to become managing partner in Guatemala City, Guatemala;
  • Oscar Torres (pictured right) assumes the role of managing partner in San Salvador, El Salvador;
  • Terencio García (pictured left), in addition to leading the firm as regional managing partner, will now also head the Managua, Nicaragua office until December 2024 with the support of Melvin Estrada (pictured centre, left), who has been appointed deputy director;
  • and Julio Vargas (pictured centre, right) moves his management to San José, Costa Rica, becoming managing partner of that office.
