GC advises Altum Capital on financing for Podemos Progresar

Gonzalez Calvillo has advised Altum Capital, a leading private debt manager in Mexico, as agent and lender, on a MXN$180 million structured financing to Podemos Progresar, a micro-entrepreneur financing company with national coverage.

The deal, signed on 24 June and disbursed on 26 June, was particularly challenging given the timing of the closing, as well as the implementation of a structured security package through a trust agreement and additional documents.
