GC represents Advent in Neoris acquisition process

Gonzalez Calvillo has represented Advent International Corporation in the merger notification procedure before the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (Cofece) for the acquisition of 65% of Neoris, a subsidiary of Cemex incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, dedicated to information technology services (ICT).

This transaction was authorised without conditions in October 2022.

Thanks to the firm’s advice, it was possible to avoid the issuance of an Additional Information Requirement due to overlaps between the activities of Neoris and certain Advent portfolio companies.
