GC represents Altum Capital in financing to PCH
Gonzalez Calvillo has advised Altum Capital on the granting of financing in favour of PCH Servicios Financieros
Mexican law firm, Gonzalez Calvillo, has represented the credit fund Altum Capital in the structured financing granted to PCH Servicios Financieros, S.A.P.I. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R.
This transaction, valued at 75 million pesos, was closed on 9 September. In order to carry it out, an administration and source of payment trust was implemented – together with an administration contract – to act as an alternative payment mechanism, where the first disbursement of the Financing was carried out simultaneously with the signing of the main documents, so it was necessary to implement all the required actions and conditions to achieve this disbursement on time.
For the first disbursement, it was necessary to implement an assignment agreement, whereby the necessary collection rights were assigned. In addition, it was needed to implement a non-possessory pledge agreement, whereby the assets subject to the lease contracts, whose collection rights were assigned, were pledged.
PCH Servicios Financieros SAPI de CV SOFOM ENR is a company dedicated to providing credit, leasing and factoring services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Mexico.
