GO assists Obralink in investment in Cemex Ventures

Guerrero Olivos has counselled Obralink on a investment in the startup Cemex Ventures for 250,000 dollars

 Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos has assisted Obralink, in an investment of $250.000 US dollars in Cemex Ventures B.V.

This transaction was closed on 16 December 2021, where the advice included the review and negotiation of all relevant documentation.

Obralink is an investor specialised in the construction market. This investment is relevant to the growth, visibility and expansion of the company as it incorporates technological tools that will enhance Oralink’s development in the construction industry.

CEMEX Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of CEMEX. With a global focus, it is dedicated to investing in innovative startups in the construction industry.
