GO assists Wayra in investments in Vincoed and Retrypay

Guerrero Olivos has represented Wayra Chile in an investment in the online education platform Vincoed, and in the startup Retrypay

 Guerrero Olivos has assisted Wayra Chile Tecnología e Innovación SpA in an investment in 2 entrepreneurships. The first one is Vincoed, Inc, a platform that gives employees access to the best online education programs, and the second one is Retrypay LLC, an e-commerce start-up.

This transaction closed on 3 January for a total amount of $150,000 US dollars.

The advisory included conducting due diligence on both companies in the US and Mexico, as well as drafting and negotiating all transaction documentation.
