Gómez-Pinzón has counselled Inversiones Madoll, Muebles Jamar and Titularizadora Colombiana on real estate purchase and sale transactions
Gómez-Pinzón has advised Inversiones Madoll and Muebles Jamar in a sale & leaseback transaction with Titularizadora Colombiana, who acted as purchaser and new lessor of the distribution centre dedicated to the furniture industry in the Metropolitan area of Barranquilla, where Muebles Jamar has its main operation.
The firm also advised Titularizadora Colombiana on the acquisition of 13 properties, located in commercial centres in the city of Bogotá, for 14 billion Colombian pesos. In this transaction, the society acted in its capacity as Administrator of the Universalidad TIN.
