Gómez-Pinzón advises Pegasus in acquisition of Hábitat Adulto Mayor

Gómez-Pinzón has advised the investment company, Grupo Pegasus, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Hábitat Adulto Mayor.

Thanks to this acquisition, Pegasus will now be able to operate more than 700 rooms under the Calucé and Habitat brands, consolidating its position as the leading platform in Colombia in the senior living housing sector.

Habitat Senior Living, a leader in Antioquia, has three locations in Medellin, 338 rooms and more than 490 employees.

Gómez-Pinzón’s team was led by partners Natalia García Arenas (pictured right) and Daniel Londoño (pictured left) with the support of associates Daniela Romero Castellanos, Juan Camilo Palacio and Fabio Andrés Briceño.
