Boutique law firm Fabio Humar Abogados joins Gómez-Pinzón to lead new Corporate Criminal Law Practice
Gómez-Pinzón Abogados has announced its strategic alliance with boutique law firm Fabio Humar Abogados in order for the latter to lead the new Corporate Criminal practice and, thus, expand its portfolio of services.
The new practice will be focused on companies requiring legal advice regarding the commission of corporate crimes, providing preventive and strategic advice on criminal matters, investigations before the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Comptroller’s Office prosecutors and disciplinary investigations before the Attorney General’s Office and the Securities Market Self-Regulator.
