Gómez-Pinzón assists Teamcore in acquisition of Grupo BIT and GB Incentive

Gómez-Pinzón has assisted Teamcore and Accel-KKR in Teamcore’s acquisition of Grupo BIT and its subsidiary GB Incentive.

The acquisition expands the company’s presence in Colombia and complements its latest expansion in LatAm following a series of acquisitions in Mexico and Chile in 2023, which were also backed by Accel-KKR.

Teamcore is a leading retail execution technology platform with AI-based solutions for consumer goods (CPG) companies.

Grupo BIT and GB Incentive provide their clients with software as a service (SaaS) for data analytics to support their product and service delivery. Grupo BIT is a Colombian technology provider specialising in business intelligence for traditional retail channels.
