González Calvillo makes 5 promotions

Mexican law firm González Calvillo has promoted two senior associates to partner, and three to counsel.

The two new partners are Daniel Guaida Azar (pictured), who focuses on project financing, corporate finance, fintech, and M&A. and Bernardo Reyes Retana Krieger, who focuses on the capital and debt markets, corporate finance and M&A practice.

The new counsel are Lucía Fernández González, who is a specialist in data privacy, franchising, IT and consumer protection; Carlos Fernando Castilla Cruz (administrative and constitutional litigation, and environmental law), and Enrique Muñoz Guízar (environmental law, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer protection).
