GP assists in sale of Inversiones M&L Group and Banco de Sangre del Cauca
Gómez-Pinzón has advised Inversiones M&L Group and Banco de Sangre del Cauca on the sale of their trust rights and shares to Steward Health Care International
Colombian law firm Gómez-Pinzón has assisted Inversiones M&L Group S.A.S. and the shareholders of Banco de Sangre del Cauca S.A. in their respective sales of 100% of the fiduciary rights of the trust Fiducia Fideicomiso Popayán 8N45, owner of 10 properties of the Clínica Reina Victoria de Popayán; and 100% of the shares of the company Banco de Sangre del Cauca S.A., in favour of the transferee of Steward Health Care International, Clínica del Cauca S.A.S.
This transaction was closed on 24 January, where DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán acted as advisor to Steward Health Care International. Steward Health Care was also advised with the support of its in-house counsel, Juan Pablo Tovar.
DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán’s team consisted of partner Felipe Quintero, director Felipe Aristizábal, senior associate María Alejandra Cabrera, junior associate Juan David Castro and student Paula Toro.
