GP represents JCHX Mining in acquisition of 50% of CMH
Gómez-Pinzón has represented JCHX Mining Management in the acquisition of 50% of the shares of CMH Colombia, a company owned by Cordoba Minerals.
The transaction involved the execution of a strategic agreement between the two parties for the joint development of El Alacrán, a mining project in Colombia classified as a Project of National Interest.
JCHX Mining Management is a mining construction company in China.
Brigard Urrutia advised Cordoba Minerals through a team led by director Marianna Boza together with partners Carlos Urrutia, Sergio Michelsen, Fernando Castillo and Tomás Holguín, with support from lawyers Julián Parra, Cristina Román, Daniel Duque, Jaime Felipe Artunduaga Escobar, Natalia Castiblanco Carranza, Andrea Camila Cruz Sagbini, Juan Carlos Padilla and Maria Camila Osorio Guevara.
