Graça Couto Advogados announces new hires
Graça Couto Advogados announced the arrival of attorneys Carolina Albek Cosendey, Camila Moriyama and Matheus Henrique Cano (pictured from left to right), who bring solid experience in their respective areas of practice: Dispute Resolution, M&A and Corporate and Environmental Litigation.
Camila Moriyama joins the M&A and Corporate team. With a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), she has experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Law, and Contracts, having worked at renowned law firms such as Chaves, Gelman, Machado, Gilberto e Barboza | CGM Advogados and Huck Otranto Camargo Advogados.
Carolina Albek Cosendey strengthens the Dispute Resolution area. She holds a law degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law from the same institution. She has worked at prominent law firms, such as Machado Meyer and Veirano Advogados, with experience in civil litigation, arbitration, and crisis management.
Lawyer Matheus Henrique Cano joins the Environmental Litigation team. A specialist in Environmental Law, Climate Change, and Sustainability, he holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is studying Philosophy at FFLCH-USP. He has worked at law firms such as Sadi Morishita Advogados and Lobo de Rizzo Advogados.
