Gross Brown acts in $100m financing to Paracel
Paraguayan law firm Gross Brown has advised Sudameris, as structurer and lender, and the lenders, on the USD $100,000,000 financing granted in favour of Paracel Forestal.
The funds will be used for a eucalyptus timber plantation programme to supply eucalyptus timber to a BHKP pulp mill to be installed and operated by Paracel, a subsidiary of Paracel Forestal, in the Department of Concepción, Republic of Paraguay.
Banco Familiar, Banco Atlas, Vision Banco and BNF – Banco Nacional de Fomento acted as lenders.
Gross-Brown’s team was led by partner Sigfrido Gross-Brown (pictured), together with associates Pablo A. Debuchy Boselli and Franco De Gasperi.
