Gross Brown assists Bank of America in $81m financing to Frigorífico Concepción

Paraguayan law firm Gross Brown has assisted Bank of America Securities, as arranger, and Bank of America, as lender along with other financial institutions, in the USD 81,000,000 syndicated financing granted in favour of Frigorifico Concepcion and its subsidiary BFC-USA LLC.

The funds received will be used for operating capital to increase the FriCon Group’s production.

Gross Brown’s team was led by partner Sigfrido Gross-Brown (pictured), together with associates Pablo A. Debuchy Boselli and María José Gill.
