Gross Brown counsels Sudameris and CCU on share acquisition

Paraguayan law firm Gross Brown has counselled Sudameris and Compañía de Cervecerías Unidas (CCU) on Sudameris’ acquisition of a stake in Bebidas del Paraguay, Distribuidora del Paraguay and Enex Paraguay.

This transaction was carried out through an asset swap, under the legal advice of national and international specialists, and under strict consideration of the guidelines imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury (OFAC).

Thanks to this transaction, Sudameris has become a strategic partner of the Luksic Group in Paraguay.
