Sigfrido Gross Brown

Gross Brown on $125 financing to Agrofértil and Tecnomyl

Gross Brown has advised Itaú Paraguay, and Coöperatieve Rabobank, as arrangers and underwriters, on a USD $125 million international syndicated financing for Agrofértil and Tecnomyl.

The syndicated transaction, completed in August, involved 12 local and international banks, representing a milestone for highly complex financial transactions in Paraguay.

Gross Brown’s team was led by partner Sigfrido Gross-Brown (pictured), senior associate Pablo A. Debuchy Boselli, and associate Luciana Callizo.
