Grupo Evans welcomes Giannina Bocchi as partner
Grupo Evans has announced the incorporation of Giannina Bocchi Jiménez (pictured) as a new partner in the firm’s Public Law and Contentious-Administrative areas.
Fernando Molina, partner of the firm, commented that this incorporation strengthens the firm “due to her extensive experience in the urban planning area, which has become increasingly relevant in the development of projects, one of the strategic and differentiating axes of Grupo Evans”.
Giannina has an extensive career linked to Public Law and is a specialist in urban development, in aspects related to urban planning and legality, as well as in other matters of Administrative Law.
She is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master’s degree (C) in Law, mention in Public Law from the Universidad de Chile. She currently teaches at the Public Law Legal Clinic at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC).
In her professional career, she previously worked at the law firms Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría and Barros & Errázuriz. In addition, she worked as an internal ministerial comptroller for the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development of Chile.
