GT Law counsels BBVA on loan for La Perla shopping mall
Greenberg Traurig, through its Mexico City office, has counselled BBVA Mexico on a syndicated loan of up to $1,930,000,000 Mexican pesos, granted for the refinancing of existing debt of a trust affiliated with Fibra Shop, related to the development of the La Perla shopping centre.
BBVA Mexico acted as administrative agent, collateral agent and bookrunner.
La Perla shopping centre, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, is a landmark project that promises to be a landmark in the city, offering a unique shopping and entertainment experience.
