GT Law represents Alta Growth Capital in investment in Corcimex

Greenberg Traurig, through its team in Mexico City, has represented Alta Growth Capital in the labour aspects of the due diligence, closing and integration process of its recent investment in Grupo Corcimex.

Grupo Corcimex is a 100% Mexican business group leader in textile manufacturing with more than 70 years of experience in the domestic and international market. The company manufactures all types of ribbons, both braided and woven, and all types of braided and twisted twine made of synthetic and natural fibres.

Alta Growth Capital is a private equity firm with more than 15 years of experience in the market, specialising in investments in medium-sized, well-positioned companies in Mexico and other countries. They focus on a growth capital strategy and the establishment of long-term partnerships.
