GT Law represents BBVA Mx in $182m loan to Blazki
Greenberg Traurig has represented BBVA Mexico Institución de Banca Múltiple, and Grupo Financiero BBVA Mexico, as lead arranger, sole bookrunner and agent, as well as various financial institutions, as lenders, in connection with a syndicated credit facility of up to $182 million for Blazki, a Mexican hotel operator.
The financing for Pueblo Bonito will be used to refinance existing debt, as well as for hotel construction and development.
GT’s team was led by corporate shareholder Miguel Moisés (pictured left) and included Phoenix-based finance shareholder Karl A. Freeburg. Freeburg, as well as Paulina Garcia de Leon (pictured right) and Rodolfo Flores-Urquiza Sosa, associates from Mexico City.
