Guarnera Advogados acts for CPM in FCA €8 million contract
Italian-Brazilian law firm Guarnera Advogados has assisted CPM do Pernambuco – a Brazilian affiliated company by CPM S.p.A. (Dürr Group), with the activities related to a new contract worth €8 million with FCA to modify the production line at the FCA plant in Pernambuco
Guarnera Advogados, an international Italian-Brazilian law firm, has assisted CPM do Pernambuco – a Brazilian affiliated company by CPM S.p.A. (Dürr Group), specialised in major modification and maintenance activities particularly on assembly plants in the automotive sector – in the activities related to a new contract worth €8 million with FCA to modify the production line at the FCA plant in Pernambuco, in order to produce two new models
According to the report published in November 2020 by GSA Advice, Guarnera Group’s international consulting and interim management company, a 23.05% annual growth of light and heavy car production in Brazil and Argentina has been expected in 2021 compared to 2020.

This deal consolidates CPM’s presence in Brazil, where the company provided to FCA in 2014 the technology to build its first automated production line in the state of Pernambuco.
