Guerrero Olivos advises GLL on sale of SPV shares

Guerrero Olivos continues to advise German real estate developer GLL on investments in Europe, the UK, the US, Peru, Chile, Mexico and Australia.

Martín Santa María of Guerrero OlivosThe law firm’s real estate and corporate teams represented GLL in the $45 million sale to Sura Group, the local affiliate of Colombian corporation Grupo Sura America, of all the shares of the SPV that owns Nueva Las Condes 7 Building, an AAA Class office building located in a corporate and commercial district in Santiago named Nueva Las Condes.

The transaction included legal due diligence of the assets and liabilities, tax structure of the transaction and negotiation of the SPA and all other relevant contracts and documents.
