Guerrero Olivos represents Carozzi on $157m bond placement
Guerrero Olivos acted for Chilean food company Carozzi on the registration and placement of local bonds for $157.5 million.
Empresas Carozzi S.A. (ECSA) is a food and beverages multinational owned by the Bofill family in Chile. Besides its home country, it also operates in Peru and Argentina.
The operation consisted on the registration of three series of bonds (Q, R and S series) and further placement of two of those series of bonds (R and S series) against the two lines of bonds previously registered on 2017 with the Chilean local Financial Market Commission.
Partner Jorge Delpiano led the team Guerrero Olivos which advised Carozzi.
