Guerrero Olivos advises Texas Pacific on power projects purchase

Guerrero Olivos has assisted Texas Pacific Group on 1000MW infrastructure in Chile

Guerrero Olivos advised Texas Pacific Group on the acquisition of nine PV power projects in Chile to Grupo Trina. The sale is part of a significant transaction that involves the incorporation of different power projects and ancillary infrastructure of approximately 1.000 MW, located in Colombia, Mexico, Spain and Chile.

The deal was closed on September 3rd and reached $700 million approximately.

Guerrero Olivos team was led by partners Juan E. Allard (pictured left), Clemente Pérez (pictured centre), and Josefina Yávar (pictured right), and involved the associate Martín Cox.
