Guerrero Olivos counsels banks on Gamma Cementos refinancing

Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos has represented publicly owned bank Banco Estado and Scotiabank in a $75 million restructuring and refinancing of a credit agreement with local company Gamma Cementos.

Scotiabank’s in-house counsel Enrique Arechavala and Banco Estado’s María Cecilia Jiménez advised their respective banks, while Gamma Cementos was counselled by Larraín y Asociados, with partner Patricio Montes and associates Diego Garay and Michelle Inzunza.
