Guerrero Olivos counsels banks on Patagonia Wellboat loan
Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos has represented Scotiabank Chile and Banco Internacional on a $39.5 million financing for Patagonia Wellboat, which will be used for the construction of two vessels to provide services for the aquaculture industry.
Guerrero Olivos was in charge of the whole transaction, from the initial negotiations to its closing.
The transaction was complex due to the nature of the operation and the unusual guarantees, the law firm said.
