Guerrero Olivos represents Ufinet Chile in acquisition of Internexa Chile
Guerrero Olivos has represented Ufinet Chile in the purchase and acquisition of 100% of Internexa Chile, a telecommunications and data centre company owned by the ISA group, with a fibre optic infrastructure stretching from the Atacama region to the Bío Bío region.
This transaction, completed on 16 December, contributes to increasing the European giant Ufinet’s presence in Latin America and Chile, solidifying its position as a provider of fibre optic network, telecommunications and data centre services.
The advisory services included due diligence, negotiation and closing of the transaction.
