Guerrero Olivos represents WOM in the execution of ISDA agreements for $45m
Guerrero Olivos has assisted WOM in the issuance of ISDA agreements with Goldman Sachs for 45 million dollars
Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos represented WOM S.A. and WOM Holding SpA, part of the WOM Group, in the execution of several ISDA agreements, in conjunction with Goldman Sachs Bank.
The transaction was closed on 24 June and had a value of 45 million US dollars, involving the jurisdictions of Chile, London and New York.
The objective of this operation is focused on reducing the exchange rate effects on part of the funds obtained from the issuance of bonds for USD 500 million in the international market under Rule 144A/Regulation S of the Securities Act, carried out by the related company Kenbourne Invest and guaranteed by WOM in January 2021.
WOM is the fastest growing provider of mobile voice and data and broadband services in Chile by subscribers and total revenues, owned by UK investment fund Novator Partners LLP.
