GVBG announces new M&A partner
GVBG | Gentil Monteiro, Vicentini, Beringhs e Gil has a new M&A partner: Isabel Trigueros (pictured) joins the firm to strengthen the area, which is currently undergoing rapid development.
The partner, who has 15 years of professional experience at one of the leading M&A and corporate law firms, has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Private Equity and Venture Capital, as well as comprehensive knowledge of contractual negotiations of varying levels of complexity.
During her career, Isabel has been involved in more than 60 transactions in various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, sports, beauty and advertising, involving both domestic and foreign clients. With the new member, GVBG now has six partners.
Isabel has a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC SP) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Insper (Certificate in Business Administration – CBA)
