GVBG assists JotaCom on M&A with FBS
GVBG | Gentil Monteiro, Vicentini, Beringhs e Gil Advogados advised JotaCOM, an established Brazilian public relations and marketing company, that has recently closed an acquisition deal with PR giant FSB Publicidade.
The deal, paid with share exchanges, will form a new company, 60% held by FSB and 40% by Jotacom.
