GVBG celebrates five years in the legal market
This year marks GVBG | Gentil Monteiro, Vicentini, Beringhs and Gil Advogados’s 5 years counting operations in the Brazilian legal sector.
Founded in 2018 by partners Fernando Gentil Monteiro, Pedro Vicentini, Terence Beringhs and Rodrigo Gomes Cardim de Gil (pictured from left to right), the firm has served over 400 clients, both national and international, and was involved in legal disputes of over 1 billion BRL, in addition to assisting clients in M&A transactions involving more than BRL 10 billion.
In 2020, Apoena Joels joined the team as an M&A partner and later in 2022 Juliana Amarante joined the firm as the partner responsible for the Labor practice. These achievements have granted the firm authority to become a reference in specialties such as Corporate and M&A, Tax, Legal Disputes and Labor Law.
Aiming to provide a specialized advisory service that works as a facilitator of its clients’ objectives and integrates knowledge and experience to a strategic legal planning, GVBG has developed a modern performance focused on value generation, risk prevention, agility and proximity to its clients.
