Haynes and Boone loses finance partner to Thompson & Knight in Mexico

Thompson & Knight announced that Jorge A. Labastida has joined its Mexico City office. 

 Labastida has over 30 years of experience and focuses his practice on asset-backed and structured cross-border finance, project finance, and real estate finance, including securitizations, multi-jurisdictional tax-advantaged finance, and structured leasing. 

Before joinig Thompson & Knight, Labastida was a partner iat Haynes and Boone in Mexico City. Prior to that he had his own law firm Bufete Labastida, and was a partner at legacy Jauregui, Navarrete y Nader, S.C.
