H&Cía advise the lenders on the loan to Energigas
Hernández & Cía. advised a syndicate of lenders led by Banco Santander Perú (Santander) and BD Crédito, Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Múltiple, ENR (BD Crédito SOFOM) on the granting of a medium-term syndicated loan of USD 55 million to Energigas S.A.C.
The granted financing is aimed at restructuring the company’s payment obligations, as well as new capital investments.
Energigas is one of Peru’s leading companies in hydrocarbon commercialization, providing energy solutions nationwide for various sectors including industrial, mining, automotive, and retail.
The financing is secured by a sophisticated security package provided by Energigas in favor of the lenders.
