HD advises Finmas on creation of fund manager Sigma AGF
Honorato Delaveau has advised Finmas, a company dedicated to improving the financial ecosystem of companies, on the creation of its first fund manager, Sigma AGF.
This transaction marks one of the first AGFs to obtain authorisation to exist and start operations from the Financial Market Commission (CMF) under General Regulations N°467 and N°468, both enacted in 2022.
HD’s team was composed of partners Sebastián Delpiano (pictured left) and Carlos Frías Tapia (pictured right), and senior associate Nicolás García.
