Hernández & Cía. advises BD Capital on USD 50 million securitized bond for Menorca Inversiones

Hernández & Cía. advised BD Capital Sociedad Titulizadora on the structuring of a private offering securitized bond issuance program for Menorca Inversiones, valued at up to USD 50 million.

The financing granted under the first issuance of the program is aimed at restructuring Menorca’s payment obligations and investments. Menorca is a Peruvian-based company dedicated to real estate, land development and urban habilitation projects around the country.
