Hernández & Cía advises Continental University on Peruvian real estate deal
Hernández & Cía has counseled Universidad Continental in the real estate assets acquisition in Ayacucho, in south-central Peru, as part of the university’s expansion strategy.
The transaction involved the purchase of properties from Líderes Inmobiliarios J3, along with the termination of several preliminary contracts tied to the assets—steps that facilitated the closing of the deal.
With this acquisition, one of Peru’s leading private universities will establish operations in Ayacucho, with the commitment to broadening access to higher education across the country.
Universidad Continental is considered one of the best higher education institutions in Peru and the first to obtain five stars in the Online Learning category of the QS Stars Rating System.
