H&K acts on Fibra UNO’s sustainable bond issue
Holland & Knight Mexico has acted as legal counsel to Fibra UNO in its MX$1.5 billion (approximately USD $86 million) sustainability-linked bond issue, corresponding to the FUNO 23-3L bond under its long-term programme.
The issuance took place on 1 December. The transaction comes as Fibra UNO announced the payment of the MX$3.1 billion (approximately US$177 million) FUNO 13-2 bond, which matured on 4 December.
H&K’s team was represented by partners Guillermo Uribe Lara (pictured right) and Adrián Gay Lasa (pictured left), with support from Alejandro Landa Thierry. They were assisted by senior counsel Aldo González and associates Jorge González Carlini, Santiago Noriega, Roberto Favila Blázquez, Rosa Cuevas and Paulina López.
