H&K Colombia adds Gustavo Pardo as new partner

Holland & Knight has announced the appointment of Gustavo Pardo Ardila (pictured) as a new Tax partner in the Bogotá office. José Alejandro Vivas Velásquez also joined the practice as an associate.

Gustavo Pardo has more than three decades of experience advising on tax, corporate, foreign exchange and tax litigation matters, as well as social security contributions. Prior to his appointment, he worked at KPMG, Arthur Andersen, Andersen Legal and Ernst & Young. In addition, in 2013 he created his own firm, Gustavo Pardo y Asociados.

Thanks to the addition of Gustavo, the firm’s tax team now consists of three partners, including Juan Carlos Valencia Márquez and Rafael Lafont Castillo.
