Hogan Lovells advises underwriters on US$221m PetroReconcavo IPO
Hogan Lovells acted as international advisor to the placement agents in the US$221 million IPO of PetroRoncavo, the Brazilian oil company
Hogan Loves represented the placement agents Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Itaú BBA & Safra Securities. The global law firm acted as international counsel to the placement agents in the US$ 221 million Initial Public Offering of Brazilian oil company PetroReconcavo on the Brazilian Stock Exchange.
Isabel Costa Carvalho (pictured), managing partner of the São Paulo office, led the Hogan Lovells team, with the support of New York partner Sina Hekmat and New York / São Paulo attorney David Contreiras Tyler. They were assisted by São Paulo associates Arthur Amaral, Ana Laura Pongeluppi, and Paula Pagani.
Tauil & Chequer also acted as advisor to the coordinators Itaú BBA, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Safra in the scope of the IPO. Partners Rodolfo Tella and Carlos Motta, associate Natália Minotto, and intern Nicholas Ciglioni participated.
