Hogan Lovells assists IDB Invest in $300m financing to Engie Energía Peru

Hogan Lovells has assisted the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) in a $300 million financing to Engie Energía Peru, a Peruvian electricity generator.

This transaction was completed on 5 August, where the financing has an 11-year term to refinance loans associated with the development of the Punta Lomitas wind farm, located in Ocucaje, Ica, Peru.

IDB Invest is a multilateral development bank committed to promoting the economic development of its member countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
