Holland & Knight adds corporate partner from DLA Piper in Miami

Holland & Knight announced that Emil Infante has joined the firm as partner in the corporate and Latin America practice groups. 

Infante received a J.D. from St. Mary’s University, an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center, an M.A. degree from University of Dayton and a B.A. degree from Sacred Heart University. He is also a graduate of St. Mary’s Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria, where he continues to serve as a visiting professor. His experience touches upon a large number of areas, including cross-border M&A, financial services and financial regulation, and international dispute resolution. In addition, he has significant experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering investigations and compliance within the United States and Latin American markets.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, he was a partner at DLA Piper in Miami, and previously he was managing partner at legacy law firm Infante Zumpano.
