Holland & Knight advised Fibra INN on $53 million bond issuance

Holland & Knight acted for Fibra INN on the issuance of US$53 million in bonds expiring in 2021. 

Fibra INN is a Mexican trust formed to acquire, develop, operate and rent a broad range of hotel properties in the country. It is headquartered in Monterrey.

Actinver Casa de Bolsa and Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer acted as underwriters. The bonds received an investment grade credit rating of A+ by HR Ratings de Mexico and AA- by Fitch Mexico.

Partner Guillermo Uribe in Mexico City led the Holland & Knight team representing Fibra INN.
