Holland & Knight in Mexico City, New York and Tampa advised Fibra INN in the launch of its sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) Program.

Fibra INN is a Mexican real estate investment trust headquartered in Monterrey, formed primarily to acquire, develop, operate and rent a broad range of hotel properties in Mexico. Its American Depositary Receipt program is the first ever launched by a Mexican Fibra (Fideicomiso de Inversion en Bienes Raices, a Mexican REIT).

The Bank of New York Mellon acted as ADR depositary bank while Deutsche Bank Mexico was trustee.
