Holland & Knight and Consortium Legal instructed on Bladex loan in Costa Rica

Consortium Legal and Holland & Knight advised Bladex and Wells Fargo on $85 million loan to BAC San Jose.

BAC San Jose is a member of the Grupo Aval group of companies. 

Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex), a multinational bank headquartered in Panama, was established by the central banks of Latin American and Caribbean countries to promote trade finance in the region. 

On this deal, Bladex and Wells Fargo acted as as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners. 

Partner Stephen Double led the Holland & Knight team advising the lenders.
