Holland & Knight assists in $10m Arena Bogotá sale

Holland & Knight has represented Proyectos Inmobiliarios, the developers of the 24,000-seater Arena Bogotá, on the sale of the building to Cárdenas Entertainment and Marketing Group (CEMG).

Enrique Gomez HK LawThe arena’s purchase price was $10 million, and CEMG, an entertainment company founded by entrepreneur and philanthropist Henry Cárdenas, plans to invest $30 million in finishing renovations to the arena, which are slated for 2020 completion.
