Honorato Delaveau adds three new associates

Honorato Delaveau has hired Carolina Veas, Eduardo Panza and Francisca Aleuy as associates

 Honorato Delaveau has strengthened its fintech, competition, real estate and compliance teams by hiring Carolina Veas, Eduardo Panza and Francisca Aleuy as associates.

Carolina Veas (pictured left), who joins the fintech and free competition practice, is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a diploma in Free Competition and Regulated Markets from the same university, as well as a Master of International Finance from the University College of London.

Previously, she worked as a senior associate at Carey & Cía. in the antitrust area of the firm. She also worked at Correa & Gubbins, in the litigation and antitrust area, and as an associate at Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana. Today, she is professor in Digital Markets and a permanent collaborator of the Department of Law, Science and Technology of the Catholic University of Chile.

Joining the real estate area, Eduardo Panza (pictured top right), holds a law degree from Universidad de los Andes. Eduardo previously worked for Irruarrizaga Arnaiz y Compañía, and has broad experience in real estate, engineering and construction and corporate law.

Finally, Francisca Aleuy (pictured bottom right), who will work in the Compliance area, is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and has concentrated her practice in litigation matters.
