i2a advises Capitânia Logistica FII on acquisitions

i2a Advogados advised the real estate investment fund Capitânia Logistica Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII, an investment fund managed by Capitânia Capital and traded publicly in the Brazilian stock Exchange, acquired 100% of 2 special purpose vehicles Principal Participações and Log II Empreendimentos Imobiliários SPE, respectively owner of 2 logistic condominiums nominated Urban Hub Mauá (located in Mauá, State of São Paulo, Brazil) and Urban Hub Osasco (located in Osasco, State of São Paulo, Brazil), from the multi-strategy equity investment fund PSS Principal Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia.

The transaction’s value is BRL 352.6 million.

i2a Advogados advised Capitânia Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário and relied on partners Marcos Sader, Luis Peyser and Alexis Borowik Rosa (pictured from left to right).

Lefosse advised Principal Participações and Log II Empreendimentos Imobiliários SPE.
