i2a Advogados advised the operation in which the startup SmartEnvios received a BRL 5 million contribution

The startup SmartEnvios, an online platform of logistics solutions for small and medium-sized businesses founded in 2018, received a contribution of BRL 5 million from funds and private investors, in an operation that counted with the advice of the i2a Advogados law firm.

The contribution was made after the first series A round of the company from Ribeirão Preto, interior of São Paulo, and also had the financial advice of the business consultancy Sower Partners.

The startup intends to use the resources in its expansion plans throughout Brazil and in the creation of a franchise network with its brand.

The i2a Advogados law firm, which operates in financial investment operations and in operations involving real estate funds, advised the startup through its partner Marcos Sader (pictured).
